LEGAL CONFIGURATION SUMMARY: This Terms of Service document is structurally optimized to protect a dropshipping and supply chain fulfillment model while operating a B2C storefront under UAE law. It bridges third-party backend supply constraints (such as proof mandates and fixed hubs) with the strict consumer transparency requirements enforced by the UAE Ministry of Economy and the Department of Economy & Tourism (DET).

1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms Welcome to Qartsy. These Terms of Service govern your use of our e-commerce platform and the purchase of any products made available through our online storefront. By accessing our website, interacting with our customer support teams, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms completely. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using our platform. These terms operate in strict conformity with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection and regional digital commerce regulations.

2. Operational Model & Fulfillment Data Qartsy operates a highly efficient automated multi-channel retail model. To fulfill your orders seamlessly, we partner with premier regional and international supply networks, logistics hubs, and third-party fulfillment applications. By placing an order on Qartsy, you acknowledge that product fulfillment, inventory sorting, and structural quality checks are executed across an array of authorized local and regional distribution hubs. Our stock synchronization mechanisms run dynamically to protect inventory accuracy and avoid multi-channel data discrepancies or tracking latency.

3. Pricing, Payments, and Currency All prices listed on Qartsy are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) unless specified otherwise. We accept payments using standard third-party merchant payment gateways (including global credit and debit card networks), digital wallets, and Apple Pay. In compliance with UAE commercial rules, the final price displayed at checkout includes all baseline software and gateway fees. If you choose our Cash on Delivery (COD) service, you agree to pay the exact invoice amount to our courier partner at your doorstep. We reserve the explicit right to verify checkout details or cancel transactions if fraud flags are raised by our payment processors.

4. Order Verification & Product Visual Accuracy We endeavor to ensure that all digital media, catalogs, and sizing configurations are as accurate as possible. However, products displayed on Qartsy may show minor visual variations due to manufacturing enhancements, screen resolution variances, or technical supplier adjustments. To maintain a safe marketplace, Qartsy reserves the right to request verification video or photo proof from the consumer before processing any resolution requests. We also reserve the right to limit order quantities or cancel orders if inventory tracking discrepancies occur at our supplier hubs.

5. Returns, Replacements, and Financial Reversals Our commitments regarding returns and refunds strictly track the operational windows dictated by our fulfillment matrix and UAE consumer protections. If you receive a product that is defective, broken, or mismatched from your checkout parameters, you must notify our helpdesk within 7 days of delivery. Qartsy will immediately prioritize dispatching a free premium replacement directly to your doorstep. Should you explicitly request a financial refund instead of a replacement for a defective item, a full reversal will be issued back to your original payment card gateway or via corporate transfer once the item is returned to our central validation hub in its original packaging. Please note that under UAE law, change-of-mind returns for non-defective items are strictly not accepted.

6. Limiting of Liability & Dispute Resolution Qartsy, its owners, and its operational staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of this platform, delivery latencies caused by independent couriers, or temporary supply chain disruptions at our fulfillment hubs. Any disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or purchases made on Qartsy shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai.
